This vision from Computer Solutions East was discovered when one of our partner companies, IP Telecom Group was fed up with maintaining their own system.  They used a handful of general business products - Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Service Manager, and their VOIP configuration software.  IP Telecom Group's bookkeeper was located 68 Miles away, has field technicians installing and servicing their systems, and often employees needed to work from home to handle personal matters and give that extra level of support after hours.
