Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2007 and Business Contact Manager for Outlook

Computer Solutions East was a Quickbooks user until the new Office Accounting 2007 came into our hands.  Now all of our employees have the ability to use 1 shared contact list in Outlook to view all prospects, active accounts and inactive accounts.  One of the greatest features for us is the ability to schedule jobs directly in the Outlook Calendar, link them to a customer and bill directly from Outlook.  The time entries are seamlessly integrated into the Employee Time Sheets section, where our bookkeeper can easily track our technicians' time and invoice accordingly.

Microsoft SBA coupled with the right bank will allow you to reconcile your statements in just a couple of clicks.  If you process credit cards, the fees and invoices are matched right up as well for a simple to manage system
